As expectant parents, we’ve all heard stories of newborn life and sleep deprivation, and let’s be honest, those stories can be a little bit scary. What I’m here to tell you is that you don’t have to be afraid. With my support, you will maximize your baby’s sleep potential in evidence-based, gentle ways that establish healthy sleep habits your baby needs. The result? A well-rested baby who is happy and grows to their potential and beyond, and parents who can get through the day feeling restored from the night before. No more parent zombies! You will learn the tools to help your baby connect sleep cycles and get the rest the whole family needs. My sleep methods are breastfeeding friendly, and can be adapted to a range of parenting styles. The goal is always to meet my clients where they are, and create a sleep plan that makes sense for you and your unique, beautiful baby. I am happy to talk about sleep with you before your baby arrives, but am also always happy to come to the rescue when sleep isn’t going as planned for a new, tired family. Whether you’re planning ahead or a few weeks or months in, I am here to help!

This package is exactly what it sounds like! You get a 45 minute call with me to answer any questions you have regarding your baby’s sleep. This is a great package if you are not sure what you need in terms of a sleep plan, or can serve as a great follow up if we’ve already worked together and you have more questions. Folks are always welcome to utilize this offering just as it is, as well.
